    Category: Topic Overview: Illustrative Resources

Illustrative resources include still images (pictures) and animations (videos, movies) embedded in the text. Sometimes such texts are referred to as multimedia. There is a great variety of publications on the topic. Some describe mostly technical issues how to extract text from the screen image, some just advertise software, some discuss purely creative writing without computers.
